Warmth at last! I simply can't believe that I have finally found a pair of shoes that keep my feet warm in Western New York sub-zero winters. I have tried all the big, bulky, and totally uncomfortable Columbia 200g, 400g, 600g, and 1000g Thinsulate boots. I have tried Teva's Belmont. I have tried Sorels - but can't drive my car with those monsters on my feet. I have tried layering thermal socks. I have tried the "space" sock liners with wool ragg socks. And to think that I can go (and have gone) barefoot in these shoes when it is -15 below outside. They're great on snow and ok on ice (there's nothing on the planet that works on ice except those little metal cleats). OMG. I am sold for life on these UGGs. If this shoe came in black, I'd buy them today. I've been a customer with Zappos for about two years now - there is no other store that I would even think of doing business with. 4-5 day shipping has always been bumped up to 2 days. Returns have never been a problem. I'm sold on UGGs and I am sold on Zappos. I've told everyone I know about this store - there is none better! - Anonymous from Jamestown, NY
