UGH!!!!! The feeling of pleasure and luxury can barely be described. These are great boots, but be warned: they are quite wide and rounded, so fairly big. But they are meant to be heavy-duty. If you want something slimmer and more elegant, try the Canaan. But if you want a rugged, outdoorsy look, this is the boot. I usually order an 8 1/2 or 9, but the 8 is already roomy. As for Zappos, I'll save the praise. All I will say is that I sure hope they are making tons of money, so that they will still be here for EVER AND EVER!!! - Anonymous from 02138
