Sundance Short Sand - I ordered from another website before X-mas (like, two months before!) and was really dissapointed when the people didn't come through with the shoes for the holidays... when I finally got in touch with the people, they told me that they could keep my credit info, but didn't have the shoes I ordered in stock (they lied on the website and said that they had them in my color and size!!). I searched all over the internet two days ago, and came across Zappos. After reluctantly ordering my shoes for a second time, I was thrilled when they came (free of delivery charge!) two days after I put my order in. I have fibromyalgia and these shoes are sooo comfy. I especially like the Sundance because you can roll the top part up or down and they look sweet either way. The weather has been crappy in Philly and I have been wearing my Ugg's around in the snow today (after weather treating them). I'd like to give a shout out to the people at Zappos for running a terrific company and would be more than happy to recommend the site to anyone who wants a good deal on a pair of shoes. - Ashley P from Philly
